Ohio House Bill 207 brings reform to Workers Compensation

Effective July 1, 2017, with the passing of Ohio House Bill 207, if an employer can establish that their employee was in a motor vehicle accident caused by a third party, the employer can now request to have that accident charged against the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation surplus fund and not the employer’s experience.
