Ann is currently an account manager in our select accounts insurance department. She joined the agency in September 2016 as an administrative assistant. Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree in communication at Cleveland State University, she joined the agency full-time in December 2016. Ann holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

Ann loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys cooking, and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, as long as Cleveland weather agrees.
