Carolyn Rowen is Evarts Tremaine’s Chief Operations Officer and she joined the agency in 2001. With over 20 years of industry experience, Carolyn internally promotes education, mentoring, and technology implementation while serving a select group of private clients. Carolyn holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation. She received her associate’s degree in business marketing from Cuyahoga Community College. Carolyn also received a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies from Kent State University focusing on insurance and risk management, project management, human resources, and technology.

Carolyn is a Past President of U-VU Ohio, an industry chapter promoting insurance automation, and was recognized as Chapter MVP in 2013 and 2015. She was presented with NetVU’s National Chairman’s Award in 2013 and received the NetVU Account Manager Certification in 2013.

Carolyn resides with her husband Trevor, and children, Shannon and Ryan, in Fairview Park.
